ASME at UCF is always looking for corporate or personal sponsors who would be willing to assist the section financially. We paricpate in several events that require extensive finances:

Design Competitions:
  • Human Powered Vehichle Competition
    • Materials, tools, workspace, shipping costs, and travel to conference.
  • Student Design Competition
    • Two teams: Black and Gold 
    • Materials, tools, workspace, shipping costs, and travel to conference.

We are also in need of support to send students to the Student Leadership Seminar in the Fall and the Student Professional Development conference in the Spring.

Finally, the section is in need of any support to provide students with the most beneficial events and activities to help a succesful transition from student to professional. Money needs include: transportation costs, food at meetings, technical show registration fees, etc.
